There aren't any tire recycling facilities that create usable products in Hillsborough County. The following facilities will accept tires.
Residential trash pickup - The City of Tampa allows residents to dispose of a limited number of tires with their normal trash pickup, I think these go to the City waste to energy incinerator.
Environmental Waste Tire Recycling Inc. - Tires are processed into fuel at this facility.

Tire Hauling Note: If you re hauling more than 25 tires at a time, you are required to have a tire hauling permit. You can get a temporary limited permit from the FDEP.
